“Mobile food business” means a business that serves food or beverages from a self-contained unit that is a motorized vehicle or a trailer. The term “mobile food business” shall not include vending carts or mobile ice cream vendors. Provisions found in this Chapter shall not apply to seasonal farm stands and other temporary merchants or uses that are specifically authorized by this Title or other City ordinances.

“Mobile food court” means where two (2) or more mobile food businesses congregate to offer food or beverages for sale to the public. Any cluster of more than one (1) mobile food business located on the same parcel of land shall be considered a mobile food court.

“Mobile food court promoter” means an individual who owns property or obtains permission from the property owner and manages or operates more than one (1) mobile food business upon the same property.
