(1) Separate business license applications shall be required for each mobile food business. Separate business license fees shall be required for each mobile food business vehicle operating under one (1) business license.

(2) A mobile food court promoter shall obtain a Provo City business license per Section 6.02.020, Provo City Code. If a mobile food business license is obtained from another municipality then the mobile food court promoter shall provide proof of each vendor’s active business license and State sales tax number.
