(1) Any person, owner, or occupant objecting to an administrative action or decision by the City made pursuant to this Chapter may request an administrative hearing pursuant to Chapter 3.06, Provo City Code.

(2) No provision within this Chapter is intended to prohibit the City from pursuing any other lawful remedy against a person who violates the provisions of this Chapter or person who contributes or assists in the making or promotion of graffiti.
