In addition to the revocation of a business license, as provided in this Chapter, each violation of this Chapter shall, upon notice of violation by Provo City, require the rendering facility to pay a civil fee in the amount of five hundred ($500.00) dollars. Such civil fee shall be administered pursuant to Title 17, Provo City Code and shall be deducted from the bond posted pursuant to this Chapter unless paid within ten (10) days of notice of the fee or the final determination after any appeal.
