(1) If the owner or custodian of an animal is convicted of violations of this Chapter on three (3) or more different occasions during any twelve (12) month period, the Justice Court may issue an order denying the right of the owner or custodian to maintain an animal in the City for a period of one (1) year.

(2) If an order is entered pursuant to Subsection (1) of this Section, the order shall require that the owner or custodian remove the animal from the City. If the owner or custodian fails, as ordered, to remove the animal from the City, an animal control officer may impound the animal, and the Justice Court, after notice and hearing, and for good cause shown, may order that the subject animal be destroyed.

(3) It shall be unlawful for a person to maintain an animal within the City in violation of a court order.
