It shall be the duty of the owner or keeper of any dog so licensed to provide a suitable collar for such dog to wear and to attach thereto the metallic licensing tag having a number corresponding with the license certificate inscribed thereon. All dogs not so licensed and collared as prescribed by this Chapter may be impounded by the animal control officer or any police officer or other designated official of the City or SUVASSSD.
