8.10.060 Estrays and Trespassing Animals and Dead Animals.

(1) Animal control officers may enforce, or cause to be enforced, state law relating to estrays and trespassing animals and dead animals.
(2) Animal control officers may take possession of any estray or trespassing animals and transport the same, or cause the same to be transported, to SUVASSSD or other place designated by the Chief of Police.
