It shall be unlawful for any owner, proprietor manager, agent or person in charge of any poolroom, billiard hall, pin alley, table or ball alley, or bowling alley, to permit or allow any minor under the age of sixteen (16) years to remain inside of any poolroom, billiard hall, pin alley, table or ball alley, or bowling alley, between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 4:00 a.m. of the following day on Sunday and weekdays other than Friday or Saturday and between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 4:00 a.m. of the following day on Friday or Saturday, unless accompanied by an adult having the care and custody of the minor.
