Any action of the City Forester may be appealed to the Mayor within ten (10) days of the City Forester’s decision by filing a written notice of appeal and a request for a hearing. The notice of appeal shall clearly specify the reasons for which a hearing is requested. Upon receipt of written notice of appeal, the Mayor shall proceed as provided in Chapter 3.06, Provo City Code.
