9.42.020 Definition of “Alcoholic Beverage.”

The provisions of Section 9.42.010, Provo City Code notwithstanding, Subsection 41-6-44.20 (3)(b), Utah Code, as amended, adopted as a section of the Provo City Code, shall read as follows: “Alcoholic beverage” shall have the meaning provided in Section 32A-1-5, Utah Code, as amended.
