9.42.050 Provisions of the Financial Responsibility of Motor Vehicle Owners and Operators Act Adopted.

The Financial Responsibility of Motor Vehicle Owners and Operators Act, Chapter 12a of Title 41 of the Utah Code, as amended, is hereby adopted as a chapter of the Provo City Code. Provided, however, that any provision of the foregoing having a penalty which cannot be imposed for violation of a City ordinance is not adopted.
