(1) There shall be at least one (1) supervisor, sixteen (16) years of age or older, on duty at all times. Fireworks shall not be sold on a self-service basis. Fireworks shall be placed in a location which is unavailable and inaccessible to members of the public;

(2) Fireworks shall be secured in a locked metal container when stands or trailers are not occupied;

(3) There shall be a five (5) pound ABC fire extinguisher located in the stand or trailer. If the sales location is inside of a commercial structure, a ten (10) pound ABC fire extinguisher shall be located within twenty-five (25) feet of the display;

(4) No person shall sleep in the fireworks stand or trailer overnight; and

(5) Fireworks stands or trailers shall be removed within seven (7) days after retail sales cease.
