(1) If a sexually-oriented business licensee knowingly violates or knowingly allows an employee to violate the provisions of this Chapter, the Finance Director shall issue a letter to the licensee indicating the City’s intent to suspend the licensee’s sexually-oriented business license for a period of up to thirty (30) days.

(2) If an employee knowingly violates the provisions of this Chapter, the Finance Director shall issue a letter to the employee indicating the City’s intent to suspend the employee’s sexually-oriented business employee license for a period of up to thirty (30) days.
