When requested by the Provo City Industrial Pretreatment Coordinator, a user must submit information on the nature and characteristics of its wastewater within thirty (30) days of the request. The Provo City Industrial Pretreatment Coordinator is authorized to prepare a form for this purpose and may periodically require users to update this information. If the user changes or adds a process, the user is required to update the information provided to the Provo City Industrial Pretreatment Coordinator thirty (30) days prior to the process being changed or added.
