10.04.300 Reports of Changed Conditions.
(1) Each user must notify the Provo City Industrial Pretreatment Coordinator of any changes to the user’s operation or system which might alter the nature, quality, or volume of its wastewater at least thirty (30) days before the change, including changes that may affect slug discharges to the POTW.
(a) The Provo City Industrial Pretreatment Coordinator may require the user to submit such information as may be deemed necessary to evaluate the changed condition, including the submission of a wastewater discharge permit application under Section 10.04.180, Provo City Code.
(b) The Provo City Industrial Pretreatment Coordinator may issue an individual wastewater discharge permit under Section 10.04.240, Provo City Code, or modify an existing wastewater discharge permit under Section 10.04.220, Provo City Code, in response to changed conditions or anticipated changed conditions.
(2) The Provo City Industrial Pretreatment Coordinator may approve, deny or conditionally approve the change based on the effects the change may have on the POTW and/or the pretreatment program.
