Lots or parcels of land which were created prior to the effective date of this Chapter, (November 26, 1995), shall have the RM zone applied to them only if they meet the minimum area requirements set forth in this Chapter. Manufactured Home Parks existing prior to the above date may have the RM zone applied to them and shall not be denied occupancy of spaces and use of facilities solely because of non-conformance to the provisions of this Chapter.
