Each structure in the WG zone fronting a primary street shall have a minimum habitable main floor depth of thirty (30) feet that is a nonresidential use. Secondary streets shall have a minimum habitable main floor depth of thirty (30) feet for fifty percent (50%) of the lot frontage and may be residential or nonresidential in use.
