(1) All fencing outside the designated LOD of a parcel or lot, as well as fencing in front yards and along roadways, shall be nonsight-obscuring fencing and have a maximum height of five (5) feet; however, livestock fencing may have a maximum height of six (6) feet.

(2) Notwithstanding the provisions of Subsection (1) of this Section, the clear vision area requirements of Section 14.34.100, Provo City Code, shall be met.
