14.50(1).100 Yard Requirements.
This section is included in your selections.
The following minimum yard requirements shall apply in the Franklin Commons PRO zone:
(1) Front Yard. Each structure fronting on a public street shall have a front yard of twenty (20) feet.
(2) Street Side Yard. Each structure adjacent to public street shall have a street side yard of twenty (20) feet.
(3) Interior Side Yard. Each structure shall have a side yard of not less than eight (8) feet.
(4) Rear Yard. All attached dwellings shall have a rear yard of not less than thirteen (13) feet.
