Each unit in the Franklin Commons PRO zone shall have two (2) enclosed spaces per unit. A suitable number of visitor parking spaces shall be provided as determined by the Planning Commission as part the approval of a preliminary project plan. Consideration shall be given to the design configuration of the project, occupancy, and availability of on-street parking for visitors.
