(1) Front Yard. Each one-family and multiple-family structure in the Del Coronado PRO zone shall have a front yard of not less than twenty (20) feet.

(2) Side Yard. Each one-family structure in the Del Coronado PRO zone shall have a side yard of at least twenty (20) feet on one side of the lot; provided, however, that when a structure adjacent to a project property line the side-yard shall not be less than eight (8) feet.

A multiple-family structure shall have a side yard not less than ten (10) feet.

(3) Rear Yard. No requirement.
