(1) Each dwelling unit in the Beacon on 100 PRO zone shall have two and a quarter (2.25) parking spaces per dwelling unit.

(2) Accessible parking shall be provided in compliance with I.B.C. 1106.2 (requiring two percent (2%) of the total number of stalls provided to be accessible for occupancies in groups R2 and R3).

(3) In all other respects parking shall be provided in accordance with Chapter 14.37, Provo City Code.
