The minimum finished floor area of a dwelling unit in the Historic Maeser School PRO zone shall be thirteen hundred (1,300) square feet for owner occupied units and three hundred forty (340) square feet for the units for elderly units. The minimum square footage of owner occupied units excludes garages, porches, verandas, carports, patios, basements and steps.
