Any existing nonconforming lot or structure may remain as to lot area, width, and depth until the subject property is developed. All lots to be developed into a single project must be combined as one (1) lot. A subdivision plat may be required. If condominiums are to be established, then a condominium plat shall be required. Development of such property shall conform to the requirements of this Chapter.
