Each lot or parcel of land in the High Density Residential PRO zone shall have a minimum height of thirty-five (35) feet or three (3) stories. Chimneys, flagpoles, or similar structures not used for human occupancy shall be excluded in determining height. Accessory buildings shall not exceed twenty (20) feet in height.
