The purpose of this Title is to guide and regulate land development activity within Provo City. Each development activity for which a permit or other City authorization is required shall be reviewed and acted upon pursuant to applicable requirements of this Title and other titles of the Provo City Code. This Title is intended to supplement Title 14 (Zoning) and other titles of the Provo City Code.
