It shall be unlawful for any person, including the seller or the seller’s representative, directly or indirectly in connection with the sale or offering for sale of real property located in Provo City, to make any untrue statement of a material fact related to the geologic condition of the subject property. This Section shall be construed to create private and public civil causes of action in addition to creating criminal liability.
