The Director is hereby authorized to enter upon any property or premises to abate a violation of the Provo City Code and applicable state codes as set forth in Section 17.01.150, Provo City Code. The Director shall assess all costs for abatement to the responsible person and may use any remedy available under the law to collect such costs. If additional abatement is necessary within two (2) years, treble costs shall be assessed against the responsible person for the actual abatement.
