Provo City’s various burial grounds, shall be known and designated by the name “Provo City Cemetery.” This cemetery is provided and reserved exclusively for the interment of human remains. It shall be unlawful for any person to inter human remains within the City limits, except in the Provo City Cemetery or other state approved endowment cemetery.
