Applicants for a license shall submit a properly completed application form and the appropriate application fee as shown on the Consolidated Fee Schedule adopted by the Municipal Council. Unless otherwise provided, if issuance of the requested license is consistent with applicable law, Provo City shall approve the application and a license shall be issued. Unless otherwise provided, if issuance of the requested license violates applicable law, Provo City shall disapprove the application and a license shall not be issued.
