(1) There shall be a nonrefundable fee as shown on the Consolidated Fee Schedule adopted by the Municipal Council, which shall be paid at the time of application for a beer license which shall be applied towards the fee for the beer license.

(2) The fee for a beer license, which shall be in addition to any other fee or charge imposed by the Provo City Code or other City ordinance, shall be as shown on the Consolidated Fee Schedule adopted by the Municipal Council.
