(1) If the business is on private property then all business activity related to mobile food businesses shall be of a temporary nature. The mobile food business owner shall obtain permission from the property owner prior to applying for a business license.

(2) If the business is on public property or public right-of-way then all business activity related to mobile food businesses shall be of a temporary nature, the duration of which shall not extend for more than three (3) days in a seven (7) day period. All vehicles shall be removed from the public right-of-way at the close of each business day.
