It shall be unlawful for any person engaged in an otherwise lawful picketing or any person who shall be in and about an area where picketing is taking place to consume, possess or provide for another person’s use in or about the picketing area, any intoxicating beverage including, but not limited to, beer, wine, spirits, or other intoxicants as defined under state law, the Provo City Code or other City ordinance.
