Carterville Permit Parking Area restrictions shall be regularly enforced by Development Services Department personnel. The on-street parking restrictions set forth in this Chapter shall apply year-round except as follows: no enforcement shall occur on Memorial Day, Independence Day, Pioneer Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and three (3) days following, and Christmas Eve through New Year’s Day.
