Provo City reserves the right at any time, without notice, to shut off the water from its mains for the purpose of making repairs or extensions or for other purposes, and no claim shall be made against the City, by reason of any breakage whatsoever, or for any damage that may result from the shutting off of water for repairing, laying or relaying mains, hydrants, or other connections, or for any other reason whatsoever.
