(1) Connection fees for water are shown on the Consolidated Fee Schedule adopted by the Municipal Council and are due prior to permits for site work being issued.

(2) Meter installations larger than eight (8) inches shall be installed for the actual cost of labor, equipment, and materials, including appropriate overhead charges as set by the Director. The estimated cost for each installation shall be deposited in cash with the City at the time the permit is issued and any difference in cost shall be reimbursed to or collected from the customer at the completion of the installation.
