A licensed building or demolition contractor shall be required to file an approved plan for disposal of building or demolition materials when filing for the appropriate permit, but shall not have to obtain a separate license under this Title to collect, transport and dispose of construction or demolition materials from a site at which such person is acting as a building or demolition contractor.
