(1) The Department may, upon application, give permission for temporary electrical service. The authorization for temporary service shall describe which part of the temporary service facilities shall be constructed by the applicant and which part of the temporary service facilities shall be constructed by Provo City.

(2) Provo City shall charge the applicant the actual cost of providing temporary service facilities, with a minimum charge as shown on the Consolidated Fee Schedule adopted by the Municipal Council.
