Decisions rendered pursuant to the provisions of this Chapter shall be advisory, and shall neither expand nor limit the scope of the City’s liability for a constitutional taking. Any reviewing body or person, shall not be required to make any determination under this Chapter except pursuant to Section 15.18.050, Provo City Code, or as may be required under any applicable State law.
