In order to provide for the proper administration of the Risk Management and Insurance program of Provo City, and to protect the interests of citizens, officials, employees and visitors of the City, the following guidelines and procedures are established. These guidelines and procedures shall provide for the orderly identification and analysis of exposures to physical and financial losses by the City; and for preventing, controlling and financing those losses.
