The employees of Provo City shall be assigned to a classification number, title, and pay range by the Mayor. This occupational index shall be published on the City website and may be revised by the Mayor throughout the year based on operational need. Further, the occupational index shall be updated annually for review and approval by the Council as part of the budget process.
