(1) It shall be unlawful to engage in any transaction as a pawnbroker or a secondhand dealer without a license therefor.

(2) The license fee for a pawnbroker or a secondhand dealer shall be as shown on the Consolidated Fee Schedule adopted by the Municipal Council.

(3) Unless otherwise expressly provided in this Chapter, the administration of licenses required by this Chapter shall be as provided in Chapter 6.01, Provo City Code.
