The Motor Vehicle Act, Chapter 1 of Title 41, Utah Code, as amended, is hereby adopted as a Provo City ordinance, subject to Section 9.42.080, Provo City Code. Provided, however, that any provision of the foregoing having a penalty which cannot be imposed for violation of a City ordinance is not adopted.
