(a) Two hundred and fifty dollars ($250.00) for any failure to complete system construction in accordance with cable operator’s construction obligations, and each day, or part of a day of a continuing violation may be considered a new violation; and/or

(b) One hundred dollars ($100.00) for any failure to provide data, documents, reports or information to the franchising authority during a system review as required by Chapter 6.22, Provo City Code, and each day, or part of a day, of a continuing violation may be considered a new violation.

(c) Seventy-five dollars ($75.00) for any failure to comply with any of the provisions of this Chapter for which damage is not otherwise specifically provided in this Chapter and each day of a continuing violation may be considered a new violation.

(d) If applicable, default, suspension and/or revocation of the franchise granted by Provo City, subject to the guidelines noted in this Chapter, in the applicable franchise agreement, and further subject to any limitations imposed by State or Federal law.
